Location : A few minutes walk from the Rennes Atalante Beaulieu high-tech cluster, the Rennes 1 University Campus, and the main grandes écoles schools, the Longs Champs student residence also has the advantage of being right next to a shopping center. Three nearby bus lines give you easy access to the high-speed train station and the town center.
