Student housing - Student Residences Les Estudines

	There are two ways to reserve an apartment on the estudines.com site:

	Via the reservation request form on the page describing each residence, just hit the "Reservation" tab.
	The user is asked to: • complete the information sheet. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. • obtain the supporting documents listed in the confirmation e-mail. • send all the documents to the relevant residence. Once the application is received and examined, the residence manager will send the applicant a confirmation of the reservation, depending on the availability of requested apartment types. An appointment date will then be suggested for the signing of the lease and the apartment inventory and conditon report, as well as giving the apartment keys to the future tenant.

	Via the "Online Lease" on the page describing each residence, just hit the "Residence" tab.
	The user is the directed to the iLease (online lease) service, and will then have the opportunity to: • fill out and send the online application. After it is validated by the manager of the residence, download the lease (and attachements). Then the user can print, sign, and send it to the residence manager within the time limit. • sign up on the waiting list of a residence if an apartment is not available online. The user will be informed by e-mail as soon as an aparment becomes available. • manage your iLease as well as move-in thanks to the « Track your lease on line » link on the homepage of the www.estudines.com website. The online Lease - © iBail -, offers you the opportunity to quickly reserve an apartment and decide to sign a rental agreement without leaving your home: the user and the administrator are in direct contact.
