(1) Offer cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, is non-retroactive, non-transferable, non-deferrable and subject to availability for any new contract signed between 24/04/2026 and 01/06/2026 inclusive, with an effective date no later than 01/06/2026, for the first 10 bookings per participating residence. Excluding the following residences: Annecy Pont Neuf, Bruxelles Ixelles, La Rochelle Les Minimes, Lille Pasteur, Metz Lafayette, Montpellier Saint Roch, Montreuil Arago, Nantes Tourville, Nice Saint Augustin, Strasbourg Presqu'Ile Malraux and Valenciennes Anzin. The rent discount applies from the lease start date until 31/08/2026. If the contract start date falls mid-month, the first instalment will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. In the event of early termination, the benefit of the offer will be reduced to the period in question, excluding any discount on the last month of rental. Offer reserved for any new tenant who has not held a lease agreement with the Réside Etudes group within the past six months.
