(1) Offer cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, is non-retroactive, non-transferable, non-deferrable and subject to availability for any new contract signed between 24/04/2026 and 01/06/2026 inclusive, with an effective date no later than 01/06/2026, for the first 10 bookings per participating residence. The rent discount applies from the lease start date until 31/08/2026. If the contract start date falls mid-month, the first instalment will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. In the event of early termination, the benefit of the offer will be reduced to the period in question, excluding any discount on the last month of rental. Offer reserved for any new tenant who has not held a lease agreement with the Réside Etudes group within the past six months.
Cancellation of the contract free of charge in the event of failure of the examination, on presentation of proof. Details available from the residences. All estudines in France are eligible for Personalized Housing Assistance (APL) or Social Housing Allowance (ALS). The amount depends on the precise study of each file by the Caisse d'Allocation Familiale, the only competent authority in the matter: we will help you with the formalities.
