(1) Advance booking offer. Offer cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, non-transferable and subject to availability for any new contract signed between 21/04/2025 and 23/06/2025 and having an effective date no later than 23/06/2025 for the first 10 bookers per participating residence. The rent discount is valid from the effective date of the lease until 31/08/2025. If the start date of the contract occurs during the month, the first fee charged will be calculated on a pro rata basis. In the event of an early departure, the benefit of the offer will be reduced to the period considered, excluding any discount on the last month of rental. Offer reserved for all new tenants who have not held a rental contract with the Réside Études group in the last six months.
Cancellation of the contract free of charge in the event of failure of the examination, on presentation of proof. Details available from the residences. All estudines in France are eligible for Personalized Housing Assistance (APL) or Social Housing Allowance (ALS). The amount depends on the precise study of each file by the Caisse d'Allocation Familiale, the only competent authority in the matter: we will help you with the formalities.
