Each year, the Group offers more than 100 work-study or internship positions.
It is a mutual trust that has been established for five years, in particular through our dedicated classes: Receptionists (Hotels) and Rental managers (Real Estate). These two courses were created thanks to close collaboration with schools specializing in these fields.

These partnerships allow us to integrate our working students at the core of the business life by offering them the possibility of being present during key moments of the activity. At the end of these courses, 70% of working students are recruited on permanent contracts and some see themselves evolving quickly.

All of our working students are entrusted with qualifying and training missions thanks to the supervision of experienced tutors, who transmit their passion for the profession.
