(1) Offer reserved for les estudines customers, cannot be combined and valid until December 31, 2025, on all les estudines residences in France and Belgium, in continuity with the previous rental, for any move to a les estudines residence in another city, subject to availability and the condition of the exit premises. Offer applied to the first 3 payments. The last payment will be that of the original contractual rate, without discount.
