(1) Advance booking offer. Offer cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, non-transferable and subject to availability for any new contract signed between 21/04/2025 and 23/06/2025 and having an effective date no later than 23/06/2025 for the first 10 bookers per participating residence. The rent discount is valid from the effective date of the lease until 31/08/2025. If the start date of the contract occurs during the month, the first fee charged will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
