In the middle of a building complex that includes the Orleans Conference Center, the Jeanne d'Arc les estudines Residence offers studio and one-bedroom apartments, warmly furnished and fully equipped for your comfort.
The residence is located near the city center and the Orleans train station, close to shops, sports facilities, and the IUFM (teacher training). The bus and tram take you to the university center.

The rent discount applies from the lease start date until 31/08/2026. If the contract start date falls mid-month, the first instalment will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
